You claim to focus on Apartment Locating but I also saw you help people buy & sell?Yes, That's correct! We like shifting our primary focus to apartment locating because not many people know there is a database full of specials. Many young professionals are looking to rent/lease before they purchase. We like to establish a relationship with all clients from the start. Whether that is renting/leasing or buying/selling.
-
What do I need to qualify for an apartment?- Income should be 2.5-3.5x times the rental market rate (before specials). - Proof of income (3-4 most recent check stubs or bank statements) - Typically 6 months minimum of employment - and/or Grantor/Cosigner must make 5x the rent with good credit Please Note: Let me know if you have any broken leases or credit concerns. We can find apartments or get the necessary information needed for you ahead of time at the start of our search.

Do I go and tour the apartment communities on my own?You can go tour the properties on your own or make an appointment with one our our licensed agents! Unlike many apartment locating agencies who only send you a list I also make myself available to my clients who desire I tour apartments with them. I know how tough it can be sometimes to find "just the right place." Let me help you with taking some of the stress off in moving!

How do I get these apartment specials? We have access to a database with over thousands of properties where the apartments will promote their specials. These specials are not always promoted when you walk-in. Specials change often so I always recommend looking when you're getting ready to sign a lease or about 30-45 days before moving.
-
How soon should I start looking?I always recommend looking as soon as you're ready to sign a lease or 30-45 days prior to moving. This will allow you to take advatange of current specials. Specials change often. Also, many properties have a "look and lease" special and if you're not ready to sign a lease you could miss out when you are ready.
-
I was sent a list and the apartment community says the pricing has changed?Yes, unfortunately this is very common. The apartment's pricing can change on a daily basis. This is why we recommend to begin looking when you're getting ready to sign a lease. Some properties will offer you a 24-72 hours grace period to make a decision to take advantage of their special promotion or pricing. Let us know when you plan on visiting and we will call ahead of time and speak to the property directly to confirm all details.
